Visiting my mom for the Christmas holiday in Bahrain!

If I didn't fly through Abu Dhabi, then to Bahrain I would have maybe thought I landed in Las Vegas in the late 70's...at least that was the first couple days. Bahrain is definitely a westernized/modern country in the Middle East, yet carries many ancient cultures, which makes it an amazing diverse experience.

Pics are of the d a r l i n g children in my mom's class...Ghassan (in the glasses), I am going to pack in my suitcase and take home with me...I am in love!!
